It is focused on developing services with a client point of view, bringing clear distinction between information systems and the technology that support their delivery. QIRS is designed to capture, store, retrieve, manipulate and display information used in one or more business processes.

High Performance Search engine can retrieve data form data base to get up-to-date information on architects. The administrator can retrieve data in editable mode, so that he can modify the data and he can also enter new quality content with keywords.

QIRS is a search engine module will search entire page also dynamic pages for matching keyword(s) or a phrase. The data are stored in database with key words, so that search engine located will get the data that matches the key word.
